Deliveries

We offer the following types of deliveries to you as a customer.

Home Delivery:

Your order will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice from our warehouse. You will receive a notification from the shipping company of your choice when your order is available for pickup. If the selected parcel machine is full or the package is too large, the shipping company has the right to switch to another parcel machine or pickup point. Estimated delivery time from order placement: 3–5 business days.

The following carriers are available for this type of delivery:

• Postnord – Free shipping on purchases over €100.
• DHL Freight – Delivered via Posti. Free shipping on purchases over €100.
• Matkahuolto – Free shipping on purchases over €100.

Gift Card:

Your gift card will be delivered to the email address you selected immediately after purchase.
