Terms of sale
The terms and conditions below apply to those who shop at HYPERGOLF™ from Finland.
Payment method
PAYMENT
In collaboration with Kustom, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. Below you can read about what applies to each payment method.
GET FIRST, PAY LATER
When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details, and you always pay after you have received your order. Payment against Klarna invoice with 14 days payment period from the invoice date. No invoice fee is charged. The invoice is sent to you by email when the order is shipped from our warehouse. A reminder fee is charged in the event of non-payment. When you choose invoice, Klarna takes over the right to receive payment and your payment of the invoice thus goes to Klarna.
PAY DIRECTLY
With Klarna's Betala direkt you can make a payment from your bank account. If you have previously registered your bank account for direct payment with us (with a direct debit authorization), either via Klarna's customer portal or in connection with a purchase, it is enough to approve the payment with Mobile BankID. If you have not yet registered for direct payment, you can do so in a few simple steps and confirm with Mobile BankID. We never share your bank details with anyone except your bank.
DIVIDE
This is the payment method for those who want to split their payment over a shorter period. In addition to always receiving your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases on one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via Klarna Konto. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.
CARD
Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No card fees. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified and guarantee fast and secure payment.
Terms of purchase
Order confirmation
When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an order confirmation on the same day you placed your order, please contact us, as this may mean that you have entered the wrong email address. When your goods are packed, a confirmation will be sent via email. You will then receive a text message when the package is available for collection at the delivery point. Your delivery confirmation email includes a link to your receipt/warranty certificate, which you can also find under Receipts on your My Account page. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, you will also receive an invoice via email.
Personal information
Customer numbers are obtained upon first purchase. The information you provide (personal identification number, name, address, phone number, etc.) is stored in HYPERGOLF™'s customer register. The information is protected according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your information is only used by HYPERGOLF™ to facilitate our customer contact.
Packages that are not picked up
If you have a delivered package that you have not collected, it will be sent back to us after 7 days. If we receive packages back that have not been claimed from the Post Office, HYPERGOLF™ reserves the right to charge the cost of return shipping, handling fees and handling costs. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints
If the delivered item is faulty or damaged, you can make a complaint. If you are unable to come to one of our stores, please first email your case to info@hypergolf.fi. Our customer service will then get back to you for further action on the case. The receipt that you access via the link in your delivery confirmation email or via My Account is your warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of the Finnish National Complaints Board.
Other
We follow the Finnish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce and returns. You must be over 18 years of age to buy from us. All prices are incl. VAT. We reserve the right for final sales and for any price and proofreading errors. For technical reasons, the colors on the website may differ slightly from reality.

To service point
To the Nordic countries, we ship free of charge to postal agents if you order goods over a certain amount. See rules for each country below.
Denmark
Free shipping on all orders over 750 DKK. Otherwise 49 DKK in shipping cost.
Norway
Free shipping on all orders over 2,000 NOK. Otherwise 99 NOK in shipping cost.
Finland
Free shipping on all orders over €100. Otherwise €3,90 shipping cost. Unfortunately we cannot offer deliveries to Åland.
Mypack Collect
Mypack Collect (formerly Postpaket) means that you pick up the package at the service point you have chosen at checkout. An SMS notification is sent as soon as the package is available for collection. If you have not provided a correct mobile number when ordering, you will receive a paper notification in your mailbox a few days later. Valid identification must be presented when collecting the package. If the package is collected by an agent, both yours and the agent's valid identification must be presented.
Delivery times
Delivery time is usually 2-6 working days within the Nordic region. If the item you ordered is a made-to-order item, the delivery time is approximately 14 days.
Exchanges and Returns
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right by law to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the date you received the goods. You have the right to open the packaging free of charge and check that the product works. However, as a consumer, you are responsible for any reduction in value of the products, including the original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out our digital form which you can find here or the Finnish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form which you can find here. Once you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Returns
You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the item. You can choose to exchange it for another item or get your money back. If you want to send in your return, please first register your case digitally. Then use the return label that came with your package and send it back to us. The return shipping fee is deducted from the value of the item when we refund your money (see cost below). An item that is returned must be unused, odorless and packaged in the original packaging. Labels must remain on the item. The shipment must be packaged well and remember that you as the customer are responsible for the return, so please save the delivery receipt from the post office. It is not allowed to put a shipping label directly on the original box of, for example, shoes, as it will be damaged and we cannot approve the return.

Do you want to exchange an item?
In that case, place a new order directly on the site and return the old one, and you will avoid lead times in the process. We also offer shipping on a new order within seven days of the return being registered on our returns page.

Refund on invoice
As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klaras will be contacted for a credit of the relevant amount. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you paid your invoice. If you have not had time to pay your invoice yet or have paused it, you will receive a new updated invoice by email when we have processed the return. You as a customer are always responsible for paying the invoice by the due date. Otherwise, Klarna will charge you a reminder fee.
Refund for card purchases or bank transfer
As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klaras will be contacted to credit the amount in question. If you have paid for your order by card or bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the same account within a few days. You will receive an email from us as soon as our returns department has processed your return.
Complaints
