Order confirmation
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation on the same day you placed your order, please contact us. You may have entered your email address incorrectly. Once your order has been packed, we will send you a confirmation by email. You will receive a text message when your package is available for collection at a pick-up point.
Personal information
A customer number is created when you first purchase. The personal information you provide (personal identification number, name, address, telephone number, etc.) is stored in HyperGolf's customer register. The information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your personal information is only used by HyperGolf to facilitate customer contact. Read our full privacy policy here. Unclaimed package
If a package has been delivered to you that is not collected, it will be sent back to us after 14 days. If we receive a package back that has not been collected from the post office, HyperGolf reserves the right to invoice the return fee, delivery fee and handling costs (approx. €25). The right of cancellation does not apply to unclaimed packages.
Complaints
If the delivered product is defective or damaged, you can submit a complaint about it. First, register the problem digitally at HyperGolf.fi. Our customer service will contact you to continue the complaint. The warranty does not cover shipping costs. In case of any disputes, we follow the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Board.
Other
We follow the instructions of the Consumer Authority in the online store and in returns. Only customers over 18 years of age can purchase our products. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to sell out and possible price and spelling errors. The colors shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual colors of the products for technical reasons.

Deliveries
Delivery times
The delivery time in Finland is usually 2–6 business days. If the product you ordered is a custom product that is out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer deliveries to Åland.
Mypack Collect
Mypack Collect (formerly Postipaketti) delivery means that you pick up the package from your nearest service point. You get free delivery within Finland if you order products worth over 100 euros. The delivery fee for orders worth less than 100 euros is 4,90 €. You will receive a text message when your package is available for collection. If you have not given us a valid mobile phone number with your order, you will receive a notification of the package by letter within a few days.
Exchange and Returns
14-day open shop
You have a full right to exchange and return within 14 days of receiving the product. You can exchange the product for another or request a refund. You are responsible for any loss of value of the products, including the original packaging, caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Please first register the operation digitally at HyperGolf.fi before returning the product. The return shipping costs are €4.90. The amount will be deducted from the value of the product when we refund your money.
The returned product must be unused, unscented and packed in its original packaging. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from using any kind of perfume when trying on the ordered clothes, as they can cause health problems. The tags must be attached to the clothes. The shipment must be well packaged. Remember that you as the customer are responsible for the return, so save the shipping receipt you received from the post office. The shipping form must not be attached directly to the original packaging, such as a glove box, as this will damage the packaging and we cannot accept the return.
Complaints

Refund payment with card purchase
We will pay you a refund when we have received the product you returned. We will then transfer the correct amount back to your Visa/MasterCard/American Express card. It may take 2-5 banking days for the money to appear in your account.
